All Avian grinders are designed for long life by using heavy wall thicknesses and high grade materials that won't contaminate the materials being ground. The design allows for easy disassembly, maintenance, and repair. Avian grinders are also completly enclosed with high density soundproofing materials to reduce noise levels.
	The cutting chambers are entirely made of hardened steel, CNC machined, and fine ground before assembly. The long life screens are either machined from high strength pipe or fromed from high grade plate as required. Many different hole sizes are offered and quick change mountings allow you to tailor the machine to your needs.
The rotors are made of the finest material for toughness and carefully balanced for stable running. The "V" shaped rotor knives are easy to change and produce constant particle size. The knives are manufactured from high chromium AISID-2 and D-3 steel for high strength, maxium breakage resistance, and duribility. The pulleys use taper lock bushings for ease of maintenance.
